Q: What types of titles are Perma-Plus?

A: Perma-Plus titles are generally reference materials, secondary nonfiction, professional titles, and softcovers that cannot be prebound due to too narrow gutter margins or due to gatefolds in the body of the book. Titles that cannot be prebound, like board books and lift-the-flap books, are also considered Perma-Plus.

Q: Where can I find Perma-Plus titles?

A: Perma-Plus titles will display automatically on your search results. If the title has the light brown shading behind it, it is a Perma-Plus title. In addition, below the price on the right-hand side of the page, you will see the binding type of the book.

Q: Are Perma-Plus titles guaranteed like your prebound titles?

A: Titles purchased in the publisher's original binding are guaranteed from manufacturers' defects for one year. Our prebound titles are manufactured to outlast any other binding you may purchase from a publisher. That is why we can offer such a great guarantee on our prebound titles.

Q: Do Perma-Plus titles have MARC records?

A: Yes! Our Perma-Plus titles are cataloged by Perma-Bound librarians. And, as always, our records meet or exceed Library of Congress standards.
