New Account Registration Help
Username
Username can be between 5-30 characters long using letters and/or digits. Username is not case-sensitive. Suggestions: name, school name, first part of email address.
Password
We recommend a mixed-case alphanumeric sequence at least 8 characters in length.
Phone/Fax/Cell Phone Numbers
Phone, fax, and cell phone numbers must be entered in a format consistent with the following examples. You may enter spaces, hyphens, periods, parentheses, or a combination of those characters. Phone, fax, and cell phone numbers must start with the area code first. You may also include an extension if applicable, as long as it follows the formats listed below.

NOTE: For international numbers, the International Calling Code (ICC) must begin with a "+" otherwise the number is assumed to be US/Canadian and is validated accordingly. Please reference the examples above.
Email Address
This address should be the primary address of the user. Notification emails will be sent to this address. This address will be used exclusively for this purpose and will not be distributed or sold to other parties.
Email Address 2
This should be completed if user only has periodic access to the primary email account. Example: If your primary address is a school address, but you also plan to utilize the Perma-Bound site from home, adding your home email as Email Address 2 will ensure that you are copied to the home address when a message is sent to your primary address. This address will be used exclusively for this purpose and will not be distributed or sold to other parties.
Accelerated Reader
Choosing this option will allow the user to view the AR Reading Level and Points value for a title displayed with search results, if the book is an AR title.
NOTE: This option can be changed in the My Preferences tab in the "My Information" section of the My Account page.
Reading Counts!
Choosing this option will allow the user to view the Reading Counts! Reading Level and Points values for a title displayed with search results.
NOTE: This option can be changed later in the My Preferences tab in the "My Information" section of the My Account page.
Lexile Number
Choosing this option will allow the user to view the Lexile Number value for a title displayed with search results.
NOTE: This option can be changed later in the My Preferences tab in the "My Information" section of the My Account page.
